Why is it important to only use Kiln Dried timber you may ask?
Australian Cutting Board’s timber is Kiln Dried for up to (6) weeks at a temperature between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius.
Controlled Drying creates the perfect moisture content minimising cracking and warping of the Camphor Laurel. This making our Eco friendly boards ideal for many uses around the home. They are ideal for outdoor entertainment. We personally use our chopping boards and serving boards and have found them not to hold odour. Due to the cutting board becoming odourless after each use and wash, we have total confidence in cutting onion, garlic, chicken, beef and also fish on the same board.

Chefs are finding them to be of great use in their restaurants and cafes. Our serving trays are supplied with or without handles and can be laser engraved with your own personal designs or corporate logos.
